donnaWith over 25 years of employee benefits experience, Dona Deutsch and her staff bring a personal touch and proactive approach to meeting the needs of our clients and their employees.

Founded in 2008, Deutsch and Associates, LLC (DNA) is uniquely qualified to integrate worksite wellness and health promotion programs with your employee benefits program. Gaining worksite wellness certifications and personal training gives us a distinct advantage in providing benefits and health promotion solutions. We offer our worksite wellness and health promotion programs without a professional fee when DNA manages the employee benefits package. However, we can provide both the employee benefits packages and health promotion services on a commission or consultative fee basis.
Dona is a graduate of Leadership Montgomery, Class of 2013, and a past board member. She also served on the Board of Directors for Hero Dogs and the Corporate Volunteer Council of Montgomery County, where she was the VP Chair of Membership. For five years, Dona served on the development and gala committees for the Montgomery County Coalition for the Homeless.

She has also served on the Habitat for Humanity Women Build committee and was a certified coach for the Special Olympics cycling team in Montgomery County. She serves on the Tikkun Olam and TBA Cares committees at Temple Beth Ami and was a Board member of the Women of Temple Beth Ami.

Dona Deutsch is the parent to three amazing sons, has three marvelous daughters-in-law and two adorable grandsons, and is in a committed relationship with local artist Robert Walter.

Dona Deutsch is a licensed agent in Life and Health (MD, VA, DE, and NC) and licensed in Property & Casualty (MD, VA, DE), as well as an ACE Certified Personal Trainer (American Council on Exercise), and also holds specialty certifications from ACE in Weight Management, Behavior Change, and Functional Training Specialist. For eight years, Dona carried the Wellness Counsel of America (WELCOA) Worksite Wellness and Health Promotion-Faculty Status Level 4 credentials in worksite wellness (2010-2018).
